Centre for professional training

Good training, practical work and employment make this department very interesting to all people looking for additional education. The  main concern of this department,  since 1961 has been fast and successful training of all its trainees. Many of them are employed after they successfully pass their exams . Some of them stay with the employers  they were doing practical part of training,  which, together with well-trained teachers, give a special importance to this department. Our presence in many Serbian cities and towns is possible only in cooperation with local enterprises where our students are sent to do their  practical training.

Our certificate is recognized by employers who employ our trainees and we are providers for some trainings organized by National employment service. Taking part in GOPA and PRIZMA projects  profiles our Centre as a contemporary institution able to answer  the demands of Serbian labour market. Many of our students find a job abroad while the certificate ISO 9009 standard emphasizes the international character of our certificates.

There are more than 120 programmes offering training for various occupations, while the public service programme enables self-employment engagements apart from the possibility to work for certain company. Trainiees performing a practical part are insured. Pre-condition for course enrolling is primary school certificate.

Apart from the regular 4 month-course attendance, there is a professional skill check for all those students who have more than one year experience in a particular profession.
